To guarantee your reservation, after recieving the booking confirmation, we kindly ask you to transfer the deposit amount to the provided bank account!

Cancellation policy:

If the cancellation is send to us in a written form at least 21 days prior to the arrival (during the high-season, national holidays, school-break), or at least 7 days prior to the arrival (low-season), the prepaid deposit can be used within 1 year from the cancellation day, depending on free capacity, for a reservation of an at least equal value.

The deposit payed, in this way is not lost. If the reservation is not cancelled, or the guest does not show up, the deposit will not be payed back.
